Can you help with stickman brilliant Halloween costumes?

I saw a video on AFV with a family dressed as glow in the dark, people stick. I thought it was great, and my son and I want to wear the costumes like Halloween. AFV I went to the site and searched elsewhere, but can not find the video I saw. No I use glow in the dark or reflective tape if I can make our clothes. In the video, the "sticks" looked like tubes of continuous light. Can someone help me with these outfits?

They come in packs of about 10 or 6 to a package feed. They have little plastic connectors that may take as long as you want. I imagine that you would wear black sweats and perhaps one of the bells of death in black who has a black mesh over the face, so you can see, but others can not see. They must have sewn, tied or glued to the tubes in their costumes. (If you used bread ties that could drill a hole through the clothes. You'd have to take something short of what the seals do not scratch, if you decide to go that route.) Hat is free form, a kind of balloon animals only light sticks. They are very cute. I hope it goes well. The Dollar Store sticks to go fast so my advice would be to get far. Edit: I just pause the video when they leave the car and it looks like they have nothing in their faces. It seems as if they are only wearing sweatshirts with hoods up. Nice and warm if you are Trick or Treating. : D
